SYZYGY wins contract with Energie AG

SYZYGY is pleased to announce its success in the multi-stage pitch at Energie AG Oberösterreich (EAG), securing a contract to develop a digital platform inclusive of a customer portal for the energy provider.

This project represents a pioneering digital strategy, offering both new and existing customers a modern, seamless user experience – from choosing the right offer to self-service. In the future, Energie AG customers will be able to manage their contracts completely digitally and use services around the clock. This approach has been shown to enhance self-determination while concurrently reducing internal service costs. They will also benefit from a consistent, personalised, and needs-oriented approach.

Karin Strobl, Head of Corporate Communications & Marketing at Energie AG, stated that the key consideration in awarding the contract was SYZYGY’s ability to combine technology and customer experience from a single source. “The new platform solution also marks a significant step in our digital development. It is scalable, future-oriented, and integrates seamlessly into our existing systems.” This will also result in a long-term reduction in operating costs, a reduction in integration efforts, and a shortening of the time to market for new digital products.

The new platform architecture for Energie AG will set a standard for the digital customer experience in the energy industry.

In order to achieve this, we are combining specialist knowledge and technological expertise together with Optimizely.
