Right to Speak

Rules of procedure for the Right to Speak complaints procedure PDF 161.0 KB

Through the confidential helpline “Right to Speak” you can express your opinions, observations, violations, and concerns anonymously and confidentially.

At the SYZYGY GROUP we encourage a culture of integrity and transparency. Our people, partners, and stakeholders should feel confident in being able to do the right thing and part of this is having somewhere to raise concerns. If you experience or hear about any behaviour which goes against our company culture, or our Codes of Conduct then we want you to report it so it can be dealt with properly.

To allow our people to raise these concerns, we operate our Right To Speak helpline, which is free and confidential, and allows anyone, whether employees, freelancers, suppliers, consultants and other third parties to raise their concerns anonymously and confidentially.

Right to Speak is operated independently by NAVEX Global, a trusted third-party provider unrelated to the SYZYGY GROUP and WPP, and allows you to either report anonymously, or to provide your details if you are comfortable doing so.

We operate a zero-tolerance policy for retaliatory behaviour against individuals reporting concerns. We are committed to providing a safe and confidential way for people with genuine concerns to raise them, and to do so without fear of retaliation of any form.

To make a report, please click on the country you are in to find details on how to make a report online or via telephone.

Further details on using the Right to Speak service including accessing the mobile site can also be accessed through the PDF documents, which provide details on how to report in each individual country.

If your country is not listed, please choose a country that is nearest to you or file a web report by choosing ‘Other’ in the drop-down menu at this link:

External Reporting Office

There is also the right to submit a report directly to the Federal Office for Economic Affairs and Export Control (BAFA). The BAFA is the responsible authority for monitoring compliance with the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG) and examines whether companies like the SYZYGY GROUP fulfill their human rights and environmental due diligence obligations. (only in German language)
