For duly registered shareholders and their proxies, the entire Annual General Meeting, including any speeches, questions and answers, and votes, will be broadcast live in image and sound via a password-protected internet service.
Via the password-protected Internet service, duly registered shareholders (or their proxies) can, among other things, follow the virtual Annual General Meeting live in sound and vision and, in accordance with the procedures provided for this purpose
- exercise their voting rights by means of electronic postal voting,
- grant a proxy to a third party or a proxy with instructions to the company’s proxies,
- submit comments on the items on the agenda by means of electronic communication until midnight (CEST) on 4 July 2025,
- register to speak via the virtual speaking desk approximately one hour before the start of the Annual General Meeting and then exercise their right to speak; the right to speak also includes, in particular, the right to submit motions and election proposals in accordance with Section 118a (1) sentence 2 no. 3 of the German Stock Corporation Act (AktG), the right to request information pursuant to Section 131 (1) AktG and the right to lodge an objection to a resolution of the Annual General Meeting in the notary’s minutes; and
- during the Annual General Meeting, lodge an objection to a resolution of the Annual General Meeting in the minutes.
Comments submitted on the items on the agenda will be made available on the password-protected internet service no later than four days before the Annual General Meeting, i.e. no later than midnight (CEST) on 5 July 2025, unless, in exceptional cases, disclosure may be waived in accordance with Section 130a (3) sentence 4 AktG.
LOGIN to the password-protected Internet service
Shareholders or their proxies will receive the necessary personal access data after registering for the Annual General Meeting. Persons other than registered shareholders or their proxies cannot follow the Annual General Meeting on the Internet.
In the case of subsequent (sub)proxy authorisation, the following applies: Use of the password-protected Internet service by the proxy requires that the proxy receives the relevant access data.
